Mezzanine Shelving

This is a warehouse-customized multi-tier mezzanine rack shelving steel structure, also known as a working platform, available in various structures with comprehensive functions. It adopts an assembled plugging design (no welding) and can be flexibly customized to fit different warehouse conditions and storage needs.

Composed of components like floor-plank, beams, uprights, bracing, ladderway and baluster, it features a stable composite structure—convenient for delivery, assembly and disassembly, with long column spans, large loading capacity (300-2000kgs/m2, customizable) and reliable safety. Cargo can be moved up and down via forklift or lift platform.

Column-Supported Mezzanine Floor System is a steel structure storage solution for warehouses. It creates single or multi-level platforms supported by columns above the existing floor, effectively maximizing vertical space utilization. The system features a stable structure and high load capacity, and can be equipped with stairs, guardrails, and sliding doors. It is widely used in warehouses, logistics centers, and industrial facilities.

Rack-Supported Mezzanine Floor Systems

The rack-supported mezzanine floor system is a three-dimensional storage solution that combines warehouse racking with a mezzanine platform, maximizing vertical warehouse space and enabling efficient integration of storage and working areas.

Structural Configurations:

• A structure with racking on the lower level and a mezzanine platform on the upper level, suitable for ground-level storage with upper-level operations or order picking.
• A configuration with racking on both the lower and upper levels, forming a multi-tier racking system that significantly increases storage capacity.

Product Details

• The attic platform is supported by shelves, which can be designed into multi-storey floors (usually 2-3 floors).
• Stairs, handrails and lifts are provided. This is a simple shelf that makes full use of space.
• Build an intermediate attic on the existing shelf or work site to increase the storage area.
• Generally, light bubbles and small and medium-sized goods can be placed on the attic floor, or goods with long storage period can be lifted by forklift, conveyor belt, hoist, electric hoist or lifting platform. It is suitable for high warehouse, small goods, manual access and large storage volume.
• The types and specifications of floor support shelves are complete. The attic floor has flat plate, checkered plate, steel chrome plate and wood plate.

• The size of your warehouse - Width * Depth * Height
