Q Do you have a MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
No, there is no strict MOQ limitation, but larger quantities naturally come with better pricing. We recommend an order quantity for regular products that fits at least one 20ft. container, which is approximately 15 tons.
Q How is the tooling fee charged (cost of opening new mold)?
For production requiring specific tooling, the cost of opening a new mold is charged before the first order. This cost will be partially or fully refunded after reaching a specified quantity of orders.
