Fluent shelf permits dense storage by eliminating all aisles except the entrance and exit aisles.

As a general rule, live storage is a compact storage system that uses the force of gravity to store unit loads. There are live storage systems for both FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) warehouse management. These systems cater to heavy loads (pallets) and light loads (cartons).
These are the most widely used live system of all the options. This storage system consists of a compact metal structure equipped with a system of roller conveyors on each level with a slight incline that allows unit loads, generally pallets, to slide freely.
FIFO Principle: The first pallet in is the first pallet out. The safety of the system and movement is guaranteed thanks to the control, braking, and protection measures. Separate aisles for loading and unloading improve safety and workflow productivity.
Unlike gravity live storage, push-back racking is designed for LIFO warehouse management, where the last pallet in is the first pallet out. Both loading and unloading processes take place within the same aisle. The pushing force of the forklift is used for loading, while gravity brings the subsequent pallets forward for unloading.
Also known as carton live storage, carton flow systems are a gravity-controlled high-density compact system designed to facilitate manual picking tasks. Similar to gravity live pallet racking, the cartons slide on pulley rails from the loading area to the unloading area thanks to a slight incline. It is ideal for high-volume picking operations, reducing operator transit times.
