Selective pallet rack also named beam rack or heavy-duty rack, is very common in the various kinds of warehouse racks. The main components are an upright frame+beam, the structure is concise and effective. This is the most diversified warehouse rack and works with forklifts for pallets up and down. It is wildly used by most enterprises. Selective pallet racks wildly use many manufacturers, E-commerce warehouses, third logistics and distribution centers, etc. It is suitable for many kinds of small bulk items, but also suitable for a small variety of items.
The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, offering advantages such as corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and a long service life.
Utilizing a high-specification C-shaped steel double-beam welded structure, it boasts superior bending strength compared to ordinary single beams.
Made of cold-formed steel plate with 21 folds for stronger load-bearing capacity. The surface features evenly distributed diamond-shaped or teardrop-shaped adjustable holes.
Diamond-shaped holes: 75mm fixing hole spacing; Teardrop-shaped holes: 50mm fixing hole spacing. Customers can adjust the height of each layer as needed.
After the hooks are inserted into the column holes, they are locked again with bolts. This effectively prevents the crossbeam from falling off due to impact or vibration.
Horizontal supports and diagonal braces are installed every 2-3 layers of uprights, forming a triangular stability structure to prevent the shelving from tipping over.
High-strength steel anti-collision upright protectors are installed at column bottoms and passageway sides, fixed to the ground with expansion bolts to absorb forklift impact, preventing column deformation and cargo collision damage.
